 Class 1 – Let’s Get Started!

Where do toxins come from? Some things we have control over, some things we don’t. Toxins are not just from the air we breathe, they are inside your home and being made inside your body!

Our body is designed to detoxify, it is suppose to happen in every cell in the body. How do we get these darn toxins out? I can promise you that doing a juice fast is not the answer! (In fact, it may be doing more harm than good!)

Each person has their own detoxification capability. Are you a Detox Rock Star or a Detox Emergency? The only way that you know is by taking the Toxicity Quotient Quiz that was developed by JJ Virgin and I. This will determine exactly where to start with your Dump Your Toxic Fat! program.

Once our cells do their job, it’s time to get the toxins out. Are you digesting AND pooping? (Yup, we will be talking about poops to be proud of!) If this along with 2 other “bodily functions” are not happening, you may be reabsorbing those very toxins that you just detoxified. It sounds crazy but its true!

Food is information. Good food in…..good information for our cells. Bad food in and guess what? You could be increasing your toxicity. Learn what a balanced meal looks like and what specific foods support the detox process.
